What should I expect during a Maintenance Check?
We'll walk you through the process so you'll fully understand what you need to do to keep your equipment running at it's peak efficiency, and so you know how to calibrate your system's controls. Mancini will calibrate, clean, and check all the parts of your HVAC unit, making sure that everything's in working order, giving you peace of mind.
How often should I replace the refrigerant?
You rarely have to change or fill the refrigerant. If it always seems like it's low, there may be a leakage occuring, so you should have us check it out.
My HVAC system seems to be working fine? Do I really need a semi-annual check?
Yes. Most problems are things that only a professional HVAC contractor could spot early, that wouldn't be noticable during operation of the unit. It's best to spot the issues early, before it becomes a more expensive issue in the future.
